What is the re-enrollment process for current families?
To complete our online re-enrollment process, you will access FACTS Family Portal by following the Instructions below:
Instructions for Creating a Family Portal Login:
- Please go to FACTS Family Portal
- If a district code is required, please use OEI-FL
- Select Create New Family Portal Account
- Enter your email address as provided in your application to the school.
- Click Create Account
- You will receive an email from FACTS Customer Support containing a link that will allow you to create your username and password. For security purposes this link will remain active for 6 hours.
- Log into Family Portal
- Go to left side Navigation Menu
- Click on Apply/ Enroll
- DO NOT click on Application (this is for new students only)
- Click on Enrollment/ Reenrollment and complete the Re-eenrollment packet
Admissions has been reaching out by phone/ text and email to currently enrolled families to offer one-on-one support if you have any questions or need any assistance with the re-enrollment process.
**Course selections & Class schedules will be made available after Spring Break**
