What is the re-enrollment process for current families?

To complete our online re-enrollment process, you will access FACTS Family Portal by following the Instructions below:

Instructions for Creating a Family Portal Login:

  • Please go to FACTS Family Portal
  • If a district code is required, please use OEI-FL
  • Select Create New Family Portal Account
  • Enter your email address as provided in your application to the school.
  • Click Create Account
  • You will receive an email from FACTS Customer Support containing a link that will allow you to create your username and password. For security purposes this link will remain active for 6 hours.
  • Log into Family Portal
  • Go to left side Navigation Menu
  • Click on Apply/ Enroll
  • DO NOT click on Application (this is for new students only)
  • Click on Enrollment/ Reenrollment and complete the Re-eenrollment packet

Admissions has been reaching out by phone/ text and email to currently enrolled families to offer one-on-one support if you have any questions or need any assistance with the re-enrollment process.

**Course selections & Class schedules will be made available after Spring Break**
